评估板

MLDEVAL评估板是一种开放型电路板,可将我们的OEM级激光二极管驱动器与几种常用接头连接。它包含母头DB9接头,可用于连接到消应力电缆的激光二极管,还包含螺丝终端,用户可用其直接连接TO封装激光二极管。通过USB或可以连接5 VDC电源的螺丝终端可以供应电源。


两个电位器控制激光二极管的工作设定点。Pset/Iset电位器对激光器电流的调节范围在0 mA-200 mA之间,可用于恒定电流和恒定功率激光器。TIA增益电位器能限制监测二极管的电流,因而只能用于恒定功率驱动器。为了远程调制激光器的光学输出功率,可在母头SMA接头施加电压。


评估板的总尺寸为105.8 mm × 56.0 mm × 14.1 mm(包含母头DB9接头)。边角处有四个?3.2 mm通孔,用于自定义安装。


激光二极管驱动器,用于评估板

我们的OEM级激光二极管驱动器包含镀有半孔的接头,接头可通过自动组装系统安装。为了便于安装在MLDEVAL评估板,每个驱动器预先安装在了子板上。zui后将子板插入评估板上匹配的插孔即可,这样,就可以在实验和测试环境中快速使用这些驱动器。


安装驱动器之前,根据所选驱动器和激光器的引脚类型,需将评估板上的几个开关设置在正确的位置。有关正确位置的详细说明,请看评估板手册的第4和第5章。选定了驱动器,有些开关不能改变,安装驱动器时就不能进行操作。
