高速探测器模块是一款气密封装、高可靠性、低谐波失真的PIN探测器模块，适合用于光传输系统和高速激光信号测量。模拟带宽高，光电增益0.9 A/W，响应带宽覆盖1000~1650nm波长,直流耦合SMA射频口输出。
The High Speed photo-diode module is an airtight package,high reliability,low harmonic distortion PIN detector module,it suitable for optical transmission systems and high speed laser signal measurement.High analog bandwidth,photoelectric gain 0.9A/W,response bandwidth covering 1000 to 1650nm wavelength.The Dc coupling SMA is RF output.
