S-Fifteen Instruments' EKPOC provides a hands-on learningexperience to understand the basic principles of Ouantum KeyDistribution (OKD) and Quantum Cryptography (OC), using classicallaser pulses to simulate single photons. The educational kit can beused to examine the basic processes of OKD and OC or fullyprogrammed to generate quantum "secure" keys between twoparties. In a pedagogical twist, the setup is inherently insecure,and invites an adversarial agent to reconstruct the "secure" keys

which can be used to retrieve the secret message.
