The TRA12PPDV6 Miniature Stepper Motor Actuator provides 12 mm travel in a slim, 15 mm diameter housing and is the recommended choice for motorizing 561 series linear stages, and 481 and RS65 rotation stages. TRA actuators incorporate an excellent space saving design that allows them to be used with a wide variety of linear stages, mirror mounts, and OEM applications. Vacuum compatible to 10-6 hPa. 

Due to the various feed-through configurations and preferences of customers, the connector supplied with the actuator is not vacuum compatible.
Can be ordered with a vacuum compatible 25pin SubD connector.
