The 10Q20HE.2 High-energy Nd:YAG laser mirror is manufactured using high purity fused silica substrates and ultra hard dielectric coatings. This mirror has been tested and certified to withstand high-energy pulses and has a high damage threshold. Meticulous production procedures guarantee they will withstand fluences greater than 10 J/cm2 at 1064 nm. The coatings are highly durable and will withstand repeated cleaning. The HE.2 coating can withstand as high as 8 J/cm2 at 532 nm.

The 10Q20HE.2 mirror is 25.4 mm in diameter and is designed for the 532 nm and a 45° incidence angle. Reflectivity is greater than 99% for both s-polarization and p-polarization.
