一、产品简介：
※ 冻结和速冻环境间机组（环境间温度：-25℃～-50℃）
※ 对活塞式压缩机，当压缩比大于8～10时，一般采用双级压缩；而对于使用制冷剂R22的活塞压缩机，当蒸发温度低于－30℃时宜采用双级压缩型式；
※ 风冷冷凝器采用采用高速冲床冲孔、二次翻边，铜管与翅片采用机械胀管紧密，换热效率高；
※ 壳管式水冷凝器采用高效外螺纹铜管，换热效率高，并严格按照JB/T4750-2003《制冷装置用压力容器》生产和验收，确保产品的质量；
※ 机组采用了国内知名品牌制冷配件，①普通配置：中冷器组件、过滤器、电磁阀、双压力控制器、高低压力表; ②标准配置：中冷器组件、排气减振管、油分离器、过滤器、视液镜、电磁阀、双压力控制器、高低压力表。
※、可根据客户需要增加配件；
二、单机双级活塞压缩与单级活塞比较：
★ 相同的蒸发温度和冷凝温度条件下，其能耗小于单级活塞压缩冷凝机组；
★ 由于采用了两级压缩型式，其排气温度比单级活塞压缩冷凝机组排气温度低；
★ 由于采用了两级压缩型式，其容积效率比单级活塞压缩冷凝机组高；
※ Condensing unit for frozen & quick frozen environment (-25℃～-50℃)
※ When compression ratio beyond 8~10, select double stage compressor needed; For piston compressors that use R22 as refrigerant, when evaporating temperature is lower than -30℃, double stage compression type is necessary.
※ Air cooled condenser was punched by high velocity ram machine, folded by secondary operation; condenser coil was expansion by mechanical tube expansion, to obtain high heat exchanging capacity.
※ Shell & tube water condensers use high efficient wire-whorled copper pipes which can highly increase condensers’ heat exchanging efficient, take small volume and keep light weight. All condensers are produced and inspected strictly based on《Refrigeration equipment use pressure vessel》,to insure products’ quality.
※ Equipped with well-known brand of refrigeration components: ①normal configuration: sub-cooler, filter, solenoid valve, double pressure controller, high & low pressure meter, ②Standard configuration: sub-cooler, shock absorber, oil separator, filter, sight glass, solenoid valve, double pressure controller, high & low pressure meter.

2、Characteristics of double stage compressors compare to single stage piston
★、In same condensing temperature and evaporating temperature, energy consumption of double stage compressor is smaller than that of single stage piston compressor;
★、Adopt double stage compressing type, its exhaust temperature is lower than that of single stage piston compressor;
★、Adopt double stage compressing type, its volume capacity is higher than that of single stage piston compressor;
