The 10LP-UV Precision Linear Polarizers is constructed by laminating a polymer polarizing film between two high-precision glass or fused silica windows. Each window has a high-efficiency 310 to 400 nm broadband UV antireflection coating. The assembly is mounted in a 1 inch (25.4 mm) diameter black anodized aluminum housing for protection and provides a 17.8 mm clear aperture. The transmission axis is clearly marked. The result is a linear polarizer with high transmission and low wavefront distortion that are easy to mount.
