Optical Pedestals are very stable but only are available in fixed incremental heights. However, in many instances, getting close to an exact optical axis height is necessary. The PS-series optical pedestal spacers address this by providing the widest selection of precision spacers available including the new super-slim 1/16th and 1/32nd inch thick versions. With these spacers, getting to the exact optical height within 0.031 and without sacrificing stability is now possible. Our PS series optical pedestal extenders allow you to add several inches in height to an optical pedestal with ease. Simply attach to the top of your current optical pedestal. The extension products (E at the end of the part number) included a pre-installed screw.

The 9950 optical pedestal spacer set includes 1/4 and 1/8 pedestal shims that let you reach those in-between heights, while retaining all the stability of our fixed-height mounting scheme. The set includes three 1/4 and six 1/8 shims.
