STA-01-YLF是亚纳秒半导体泵浦Nd:YLF被动调Q微型激光器，具有不同型号，激光器可以工作在1047或1053nm。脉冲能量最高1mJ，脉宽最低350ps，峰值功率超过1MW，TEM00光斑。内置频率产生器可以使得STA-01-8-1047工作在单发到500Hz频率，外部TTL触发可以标准选配。激光输出可以倍频（523nm）和三倍频（349nm）。
