BeamOn-HR系统是一种用于实时测量连续波或脉冲激光束的光束诊断测量系统。它提供激光束参数，如：光束宽度、形状、位置、功率和强度分布。软件还提供梁分析设置和结果的报告功能。
BeamOn HR基于USB 2.0 CCD摄像头，软件驱动设备，可通过高速USB 2.0端口连接到笔记本电脑（或台式电脑），并在Windows 7/8/10操作系统（32和64位）上运行。
