The 80015/80016 exhibits fast response time, a wide dynamic range and features an integrated preamplifier using a low noise power supply – plus the convenience of thermoelectric cooling. Thermoelectric cooling reduces noise, increases responsivity and eliminates the inconvenience associated with refilling a liquid nitrogen reservoir. It includes a CaF2 focusing lens with X-Y adjustment and an iris. No additional electronics or cables are required.
These detectors are compatible with the 80350 and 80351 Oriel FT-IR scanners. With the addition of a BNC cable, such as model 70015 or 70016, these detectors may be used with the LIDA-SRS-KIT.
The 80015 and 80016 replace the legacy Oriel models 70373, 70374NS, 70786 and 70787.
