These innovative laser diode modules maintain the same high quality of our standard modules, while providing the ability to vary the output. This makes them particularly effective for use with CCD and Line Scan camera detectors, which require strobing of the illumination source. Both the Synchro or Modulation option are available in a 1mW, 3mW, or 5mW maximum-output versions. The Synchro option is useful for single pulse operation and works equally well for irregular pulses and duty cycles. The Modulation option is best used in applications requiring a continuous train of pulses. A 0V DC input signal turns the modules on, while a 5V DC signal turns them off. Laser outputs can be controlled by adjusting the input voltage, between 0-5V DC.Projection heads and accessories on are fully compatible with both types of modules. Mounts and Power Supply, required for operation, sold separately.
