Standard quality cemented achromatic doublet for low/moderate-power; 400 – 700 nm. These lenses balance achromatic performance with spherical aberration and coma correction over the visible wavelength range, making them good general purpose imaging lenses for use at low to moderate power. They are offered at focal lengths from 10 to 600 mm, with a 400 - 700 nm AR coating.

Standard 400 - 700 nm visible cemented achromats have been designed with slightly less achromatization in favor of spherical aberration and coma correction over the visible wavelength range.  These achromatic doublets will therefore perform much better than a singlet lens for monochromatic applications at any visible wavelength, and are well-suited to general-purpose imaging tasks and low-power laser beam manipulation.  They are manufactured from lead-free crown and flint glasses in a wide range of focal lengths, and are inspected to 60-40 scratch and dig surface quality.    These lenses are useful for broadband applications across the visible wavelength range.  They are also ideal for use at single wavelength at f/numbers where singlets fail due to spherical aberration.
