Precision grade visible cemented achromats offer good wavefront quality at diameters up to 4 for imaging and low to moderate power laser applications. These doublets manufactured from lead-free crown and flint glasses are of infinite conjugate design, and are offered in positive focal lengths. Surface quality is 40-20 scratch and dig to reduce scatter and stray light reflections. These achromats are useful for broadband applications across the visible wavelength range. They are also ideal for use at single wavelength at f/numbers where singlets fail due to spherical aberration.
